Overview
Torque District wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within the timeframes outlined below and we will work to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging in new condition
- The product must not have been installed, used, or modified
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contacttorquedistrict@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. This is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation
- Products that have been modified or damaged after delivery
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Special order or custom items
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for major failures, and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
