Terms of Sale

General Terms

By placing an order with Torque District, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Torque District reserves the right to refuse any order and to update these terms at any time.

Payment

New and international customers may be required to provide further proof of identification and proof of payment before their order is accepted. Torque District has the right to refuse payment and to refuse any order at its discretion.

Bank transfer payments must be received and cleared before orders are dispatched. Orders paid by bank transfer will be held until funds clear.

Credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorise Torque District to charge the total order amount.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Torque District reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Torque District is not responsible for pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Torque District reserves the right to cancel any order after confirmation, including if:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• There is an error in the product description or price
• We are unable to verify your payment
• The order appears fraudulent

In the event of cancellation you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Torque District ships Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Torque District is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. Torque District is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, however we will assist in lodging claims with the carrier where possible.

Fitment

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product ordered is suitable for their vehicle before placing an order. Torque District provides fitment information as a guide and, while we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that fitment information is complete or error-free.

Installation

Torque District is not responsible for any costs associated with installation, removal, or labour. Torque District is not liable for any damage to your vehicle caused by improper installation. Professional installation is recommended for all performance parts.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
